Our Approach
When you're ready to begin constructing your dream home, you’ll notice that at PJP Homes we do things a little differently. Our team only takes on a single large-scale project at a time. This ensures that we deliver to you 100% of our attention, so no details are missed from concept through to completion. We have created this pipeline structure because we understand how important it is to not only bring your vision to life but to live your dream with you. This has proven to be the process that delivers premium results for all our clients.
When you plan to engage with an architect, this is also the time when you bring us aboard. Whether you already have plans or if you're unsure where to start, PJP Homes is here for you from start to finish. If you haven’t got plans drafted and don’t know where to begin, we can also help connect you with talented teams of architects and interior designers that can put your vision to paper. Peter, our founder, and director have decades of experience within the construction industry which gives you the benefit of receiving authentic advice. This advice will guarantee your vision will not only be aesthetically show-stopping, but have the structural integrity to last until your home needs to evolve with your lifestyle.
From the very beginning, PJP Homes is with you on your custom home journey - through to the day you take the keys and begin living the luxury lifestyle you deserve. Peter will be present onsite everyday, ensuring consistency and keeping you updated at every stage of the construction process. With a 7 year structural warranty, you can have peace of mind that you have a team of professionals who only stand by quality workmanship and materials.

We cannot say enough good things about Pete, Sue and their team at PJP Homes.
They renovated our terrace and the whole process was undertaken with exceptional professionalism, care and transparency. Communication was excellent, the price was reasonable and Peter’s eye for detail was second to none. We completely and unreservedly recommend their service. You will not find a better builder.
