Meet PJP
Since 1993, PJP Homes has been helping clients transform their homes into luxury lifestyles, ensuring quality and precise finishes. Our handpicked team of dedicated craftsmen strive to deliver excellence in their service, as well as ensure consistency and quality throughout your project.
PJP Homes is a step above the rest through our unique structure and process, which is to connect with our clients - making them the center of our attention. We only take on projects one at a time to ensure that your outlined budget, timeline and experience is executed perfectly.
Our Founder & Director
Peter Phair began his construction career at an early age, being able to develop an eye for seeing the importance of making your dream home a reality. When Peter decided to establish PJP Homes, he knew he had to go a step further compared to other construction companies by developing meaningful relationships with each and every client.
Through this unique practice and company values, Peter has had return clients - assisting them in adapting their homes with the stage of life they are at (some returning 2-3 times!). With over 4 decades of industry experience, Peter is able to help you navigate the process of crafting your custom home with precision and premium workmanship. This is evident in the multi award winning projects as well as the Dudley Street, Coogee project - being featured on Australia’s Best House.

If every builder paid as much care and attention as Pete and the PJP team the world would be a better place!
Peter's craftsmanship, attention to detail and solid, pragmatic advice are hallmarks of a PJP build. We both worked full time and yet Pete worked seamlessly with us and our architect over the entire 14 month build. Plus his care for our home did not finish on the day he went to his next build. Six years down the track he is still patiently fields our calls like. "Pete, how should I think about this?" " Who is the best person if I want to do that?" That kind of customer service and genuine pride in their work is what sets Pete and his carefully chosen sub-contractors apart. We couldn't recommend PJP more highly. I would happily build another home with PJP except they did such a great job on this one we have little incentive to ever move!
